Manual

This is a graphical user manual introducing the basic plots as result of the data analysis.
You can download test data sets (here) if you have no own data and follow the instruction below.

A - Baseline data

Isoplots

Glucose (mg/dl) vs. Insulin (uU/ml)

To reproduce the following figure load a data set, choose 'Isoplot (mg/dl, uU/ml)' as plot type and click 'Plot'

Boxplots

e.g. HOMA-IR

To reproduce the following figure load a data set, choose 'Boxplot' as plot type, 'Homa-IR' as 'Variable X' and click 'Plot'

Convex Hull Plot

Insulin vs. HOMA-IR

To reproduce the following figure load a data set, choose 'Convex Hull PLot' as plot type, 'Homa-IR' as 'Variable X', 'GlucoseSI' as 'Variable Y' and click 'Plot'

Scatter Plot

To reproduce the following figure load a data set, choose 'NxN Scatterplot' as plot type and click 'Plot'


B - Distribution fitting

Cullen/Frey Plot

Kurtosis vs. square skewness

These plots where produced using R-package 'fitdistrplus'.
To reproduce it paste your data into the text box and click 'Fit'
